Colleen Ramsey is a Welsh TV cook, presenter, and author, best known for her hit S4C cookery series Bywyd a Bwyd: Enjoying Life Through Food and her bilingual cookbook of the same name. Originally from Caerphilly, Colleen’s warm personality and passion for home cooking have made her one of Wales’s most relatable and engaging culinary talents.

Her cooking skills were first discovered through her Instagram content, where her creative, family-focused recipes caught the attention of producers. The success of her debut series led S4C to instantly commission a second season, which aired in late 2023.

Colleen has since expanded her broadcasting career, recently finishing filming a new travel and food series Ciao — co-presented with Owain Wyn Evans — set to air on S4C in 2025. She also hosted her own BBC Sounds podcast BWYD, where she explored celebrity guests’ love of food, their favourite dishes, and their “Death Row Meal.”

A proud mum of three and wife of Wales football captain Aaron Ramsey, Colleen balances family life with her growing media career. Passionate about food, family, and storytelling, she brings authenticity and charm to everything she does — whether in the kitchen, on screen, or behind the mic.
