BBC The Traitors Star | Welsh Presenter & Content Creator | Women’s Health Advocate | Opera Singer | Bilingual Influencer (Welsh & English)
Elen Wyn captured the hearts of Wales during her standout appearance on BBC One’s hit reality series The Traitors. Although she didn’t claim the prize, she became a household name when she emotionally revealed her role as a Faithfulin her first language — “Dw i yn ffyddlon.” Her authenticity and pride in her Welsh identity resonated across the nation.
Since her time on The Traitors, Elen has built a large and loyal online following, where she promotes the Welsh language and celebrates Welsh culture, aligning with the Welsh Government’s ambition to reach one million Welsh speakers by 2050. Charismatic, articulate, and engaging, Elen has quickly become a sought-after bilingual presenter and public speaker.
Her recent presenting credits include hosting live coverage for the National Eisteddfod with Afanti Media, fronting a Welsh-language podcast with Darlun, and presenting at charity galas and International Women’s Day events.
Beyond her presenting work, Elen is a passionate women’s health advocate, using her platform to raise awareness about endometriosis after her own stage 4 diagnosis in 2024 following nearly a decade of being misdiagnosed. She now speaks openly about her journey and has become a powerful voice for women’s health awareness across Wales, sharing her story at charity events, conferences, and media campaigns.
Her influence has led to brand collaborations with ASOS, Holland & Barrett, Motel Rocks, and Coca-Cola, where she promotes fashion, beauty, sport, lifestyle, and wellbeing content with authenticity and relatability.
Elen is also an accomplished classical singer, having performed on both local and national Eisteddfod stages, winning multiple awards including the Mezzo-Soprano category at the 2024 National Eisteddfod. In 2025, she performed a principal role at the Berlin Opera Academy, continuing to develop her career as a Welsh opera performer appearing at concerts and events across Wales.
Balancing her talents in television, music, and advocacy, Elen Wyn is one of Wales’s most exciting emerging voices— a bilingual broadcaster, performer, and campaigner using her platform to inspire, empower, and celebrate Welsh identity and women’s wellbeing.
