Luke Davies is a Welsh-speaking presenter and actor with extensive experience across television, radio, digital, and live events. Fluent in both Welsh and English, Luke has worked with major broadcasters including BBC, ITV, S4C, and QVC, establishing himself as one of Wales’s most versatile on-screen talents.
On social media, Luke’s engaging historical and factual storytelling has reached over 12 million views across Instagram and TikTok, while his viral BBC Sesh comedy videos have amassed more than 5 million views. He is also the face of the Welsh Government’s SOUND/IAWN campaign, promoting positive masculinity and healthy relationships across Wales.
Named by Wales Online as one of the nation’s “13 Showbiz Ones to Watch,” Luke has hosted some of the UK’s biggest live sporting events — including the UEFA Champions League Final in London, The Hundred, Women’s Six Nations, T20 Cricket, the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and fixtures for Cardiff City FC and Glamorgan Cricket. He is also the official voice of the Scarlets Rugby Team.
On television, Luke has presented ITV’s FYI (Film & TV Programme), appears as a presenter on QVC, and is a familiar face on S4C’s children’s programmes, including Stwnsh Sadwrn. He began his career in local television, where he fronted daily news coverage through the COVID-19 lockdown, producing, filming, and editing thousands of features during his five-year tenure.
In audio, Luke narrated the BBC Wales documentary Our Lives, appeared as a pundit on BBC Sounds’ The Hayley Pearce Podcast, and was the voice of the 2025 Climate Challenge Cymru conference.
Luke’s commercial presenting work includes leading campaigns for Gumtree, Jameson Whiskey, TikTok, the NHS, CADW, and McDonald’s, alongside MCing major corporate events at venues such as the NEC Birmingham and the ICC Wales.
